Founder · President · Chief Executive Officer
Leonard Scott Lucas is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lucas Development Group International.
With over three decades of leadership experience spanning military service, engineering, strategic investment, and large-scale property development, Leonard has established himself as a visionary executive dedicated to creating sustainable developments and long-term value.
Raised in a military family, he developed a passion for discipline, leadership, and engineering before serving with distinction in the United States Marine Corps. Following his military career, he founded Lucas Development Group International with a vision of building communities rather than simply constructing buildings.
Today he leads strategic developments involving luxury residential communities, commercial developments, infrastructure projects, hospitality assets, industrial parks, and institutional investment partnerships.
